The EMAT 150W heating mat is an innovative underfloor heating solution that combines the comfort of a warm floor with economical operation. Ideal for both new builds and renovations, it features a thin heating cable placed on a self-adhesive fiberglass mesh for quick installation without costly modifications.
The mat uses a unique 7-strand heating wire construction that provides increased durability and resistance to cracking from bending and stretching, better heat distribution across the entire length reducing hot spots, increased surface area for better heat dissipation, and greater fault tolerance — the system continues working even if a single strand fails.
With polyamide-teflon insulation that minimizes heat loss, IP68 waterproof rating making it safe for bathrooms and wet rooms, and a cable thickness of just 3.6mm requiring no floor level raise, the EMAT 150W is the professional choice for underfloor heating. Backed by a 25-year warranty.
Compatible floor types include ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles (gres), and stone tiles. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, living rooms, new construction, and renovated rooms.
Important: Never cut, shorten, or modify the heating cable — only cut the mounting mesh. Heating cables must not touch or cross each other. Do not install under shower trays, showers, or bathtubs. OK under furniture with legs ≥4cm high. Must be connected to a thermostat, not a regular socket. Electrical connections must be done by a certified electrician.
